AYA Writing Competition - 2022/23
Topic: The Refugee

Since being established in 2015, Afghan Youth Association have been holding a writing competition every year.
Although some of us have not had to endure hardship from situations such as war, it is no doubt it has affected us all. In light of situations that has taken place around the world e.g., Afghanistan and Ukraine, our writing competition theme is 'The Refugee'.

Write about a refugee's experience of war and how it has impacted them.

ABOUT AYA WRITING COMPETITION
THE COMPETITION HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 11 APRIL 2021
Since being established in 2015, Afghan Youth Association has been holding a writing competition every year. while every individuals life has been affected by Covid-19, AYA team has decided that "Covid-19" would be a relevant title and everyone can participate.

Write a poem about your experience of Covid-19, the impacts and what have you learned as a result. the good news is that the poem can be written in either three languages Farsi, Pashto or English.
​
The competition starts on 18th January 2021and will end on 11th April 2021. There will be 3 Participants shortlisted and the winner will be announced in 18th April 2021.
​
